2 eggs - beaten
1/2 cup butter or margarine - melted
4 tsp. bourbon
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecans - shelled, whole
1 (16 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 (9") pie crust - un-baked

Combine all ingredients, except pie shell, in order that they are listed. Pour ingredients into pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.

NOTES : Serve warm and top with whipped cream.

6 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips 1 can Eagle Brand Milk 2 Tbl. Butter 1 tsp. almond flavoring Dash of salt 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell Maraschino Cheries Over medium heat, melt together the chips, milk, butter, almond flavoring and salt. Remove from heat. Add pie filling. Stir and put in baked shell. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Serve with whipped topping and chopped nuts.

1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 6 tablespoons butter, softened 1 cup milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Chocolate Filling (recipe follows) Satiny Chocolate Glaze (recipe follows) Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour one 9-inch round baking pan. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda in large bowl. Add butter, milk, egg and vanilla. Beat on low speed of mixer until all ingredients are moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes
