1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
9-inch pie crust, baked
21-oz. can cherry pie filling

Blend whipping cream, powdered sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Pour into cooled pie crust and top with cherry pie filling; chill until set. Makes 8 servings.

2 cans (21 oz. each) cherry pie filling 1/4 cup sugar 2 Tblsp. melted butter 1 tsp. almond extract 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell Crumb Topping: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup margarine (room temperature) Preheat oven to 350° F.Combine cherry pie filling, sugar, melted butter and almond extract. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Crumb Topping: Mix flour, sugar and margarine. Blend mixture with pastry blender until crumbly. Pour over top of cherry pie filling. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.

1 (8-in.) baked pie shell 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 can (16 oz.) tart cherries, with juice 1/2 c. granulated sugar replacement (Splenda) 1 c. prepared nondairy whipped topping Combine gelatin and cold water. Allow gelatin to soften for 5 minutes. Combine cherries with juice and sugar replacement in a saucepan. Heat slightly. Stir in gelatin. Heat until gelatin dissolves completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Fold in whipped topping. Transfer to baked pie shell. Allow to cool. Exchanges: One serving (w/o crust) equals: 1/2 fruit...32 calories...7 gm carbohydrate
