Pies - Caramel - Impossible Caramel-custard Pie

2 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick®

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend at high speed for 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate.

Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.

YIELD: 1-10-inch pie.

1 graham cracker pie crust 2 (14 oz) cans Eagle Brand® Sweetened condensed milk 8 oz Cool Whip® 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Bake crust for 5 min. at 350 degrees Take wrapper off of Eagle Brand. Place cans in a large cooker on their side and fill with cold water. Do not open cans. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 hours. Every 30 minutes turn the cans to the other side.
