Pastries - Crescents - Glazed Lemon Knots

1 --3 oz. pkg. cream cheese -- softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls -- (8 oz. each)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice
Heat oven to 375*.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon peel and 1-2 tsp. lemon juice; mix well.
Separate dough into 8 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
Spread about 2 tsp. cream cheese mixture evenly over each rectangle.
Starting at longest side, roll up jelly-roll fashion. Stretch dough slightly; tie in a loose knot. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
In small bowl, combine glaze ingredients, adding enough lemon juice for desired glaze consistency; blend well. Drizzle over warm rolls.

In Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl, combine soup mix, mayonnaise and sour cream; set aside. Unroll 1 package of crescent dough across one end of Stoneware Bar Pan with longest sides of dough across width of pan.

1 can refrigerated 8-count crescent roll dough 1 (21-oz.) can pie filling, any flavor Heat oven according to directions on dough can. Separate dough triangles; lay out on cookie sheet. Place 2 spoonfuls of pie filling in center of triangle; lay a second triangle over the first and crimp edges with a fork. Bake according to directions on dough can (usually 8 to 10 minutes.). Drizzle with glaze if desired. Glaze 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 3 to 4 tsp. water
