Pasta And Pastasauces - School Goulash

These amounts are approximate, adjust to personal taste.

2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can of tomatoes, stewed or whole, with juice
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste
16 oz. macaroni


Brown beef, onion and celery. Add butter and let melt. Cook macaroni in water. Combine all ingredients and heat till warm.

Spice up with whatever tastes your family prefers -oregano, garlic, basil, Parmesan cheese, celery seed, Italian seasonings, seasoned salt, etc.

2 lbs. ground beef 2 cans of mushroom soup 4 packages of beef flavored ramen noodles Form ground beef into patties. Brown with salt and pepper to taste, drain grease. When finished and still in the skillet add the mushroom soup and brown. In a separate pot cook the noodles. Place the cooked noodles around the outside edge of the meat and serve in the skillet or a casserole dish. Serves 6.
