Pasta And Pastasauces - Leftover Pasta And Fruit

1 (1.3 oz.) envelope Dream Whip® topping mix
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Fat-free, sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup low-fat sour cream or an 8 oz. pkg. of softened cream cheese
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 cups cooked small pasta


In a large bowl, combine Dream whip, pudding mix and milk; beat for 4 minutes. Blend in sour cream or cream cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill.


NOTES : any fruit you have on hand can be used.
