Pasta And Pastasauces - Ground Beef-corn Casserole

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 large onion chopped
6 oz. medium egg noodles cooked
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup fine bread crumbs
2 Tbs. butter or margarine, cut up


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Brown beef and onion in large skillet till no longer pink. Drain, return to skillet; add noodles and next 5 ingredients. Spoon into 13x9 inch lightly greased baking dish.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or till topping is golden.

Top with remaining noodles and 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar. Bake 25 minutes.
