Pasta And Pastasauces - Dough - Carol's Ravioli Dough

4 lbs. flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups water


Work the eggs and water into the flour and knead. Divide dough into 4 quarters. Roll out very thin and either cut into noodles or spread ravioli filling and seal edges.

We air dried the raviolis and the kitchen was covered in them for two days.

3 c. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil or olive oil 2-3 Tbsp. lukewarm water Place flour in mound on countertop or work surface; make well and place remaining ingredients in well. Knead until well mixed. Roll and cut into strips.
