Pasta And Pastasauces - Casserole Beef - Cheesy Bbq Casserole
3 c. uncooked ziti or penne pasta (11 oz)1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/4c. parsley, divided
1c. milk
1c. BBQ sauce
1c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Heat oven to 350. Grease 2 qt. casserole dish.
Cook pasta as directed. Cook beef and onion, drain. Mix pasta and beef and 3T. parsley, milk, BBQ sauce, mozzarella, and 1c. cheddar. Spoon into dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar. Bake uncovered 30-40 mins. Sprinkle with 1T. parsley.
