1/2 pound sweet butter, melted
1 cup heavy cream, warmed
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


This is poured over pasta and tossed briskly to coat all the noodles - serve at once.

Let marinate 30 minutes. Saute garlic in oil over low heat until soft. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add wine and chicken stock. Simmer over low heat

12 oz pkg vermicelli 3 tbs lemon juice 4 tbs salad oil 1 tbs lemon pepper 1 tbs Accent 1 medium onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 cup diced celery 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained 1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives 10 oz pkg Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar, grated 1 pint mayonnaise Add vermicelli to boiling salted water; boil 3 minutes. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse, drain, and place vermicelli in a large bowl. Fold in lemon juice, oil, lemon pepper, and Accent. Marinate 12 hrs. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill before serving.
