4 pounds hamburger
3 large onions chopped well
Salt and pepper
Plain saltine crackers crushed
1 very small can tomato paste
Lea & Perrins® sauce


Mix all ingredients together and form into hamburgers.

Grill to desired doneness.

Combine miso mixture and steak in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Prepare grill or broiler. Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Grill or broil 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting

4 beef steaks 1 cup beer 2 Tbls. packed brown sugar 2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. black pepper Place your favorite cut of steak in a shallow pan, pour beer over, and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Remove steak from beer. Combine dry ingredients and rub over steaks. Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Preheat a skillet or grill to medium high heat. Spray cooking surface with non-stick cooking spray and braise.
