2 pork tenderloins
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oyster sauce
2 Tbl. brown sugar
1 Tbl. fresh minced garlic
1 Tbl. ketchup
1 1/2 Tbl. ginger
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients except tenderloins and marinate 24 hours turning occasionally. Grill to desired doneness (about 30 min. for medium--depends on how large they are) Can bake them in the oven and they are still good, but the grill makes them perfecto!

Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. basil leaves, dried 2 bay leaves, crumbled Prepare marinade by combining oil, lemon juice, grape juice, vinegar, garlic, seasoning, basil, and bay leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes (if desired) and place in single layer in a 9x13" pan. Slice onion and separate rings. Place onion on top of meat. Pour marinade over meat.
