Outdoor_cooking - Pork - Leigh's Pork Tenderloins

2 pork tenderloins
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oyster sauce
2 Tbl. brown sugar
1 Tbl. fresh minced garlic
1 Tbl. ketchup
1 1/2 Tbl. ginger
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon


Combine all ingredients except tenderloins and marinate 24 hours turning occasionally. Grill to desired doneness (about 30 min. for medium--depends on how large they are) Can bake them in the oven and they are still good, but the grill makes them perfecto!

Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes (if desired) and place in single layer in a 9x13" pan. Slice onion and separate rings. Place onion on top of meat. Pour marinade over meat.
