Outdoor_cooking - Pork - Garlic Sesame Pork Tenderloin

1 t honey
4 T soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T brown sugar
1 T dry sherry
3-4 scallions, chopped


Whisk all ingredients together. Put in zip-lock bag with the pork tenderloin and marinate 3 hours or overnight. Either grill or bake in a 500* oven for 20-25 minutes.

Place tenderloins in a 9- by 13-inch dish and coat thoroughly with marinade. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Grill tenderloins, covered, over hot coals for 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.
