1 t honey4 T soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T brown sugar
1 T dry sherry
3-4 scallions, chopped
Whisk all ingredients together. Put in zip-lock bag with the pork tenderloin and marinate 3 hours or overnight. Either grill or bake in a 500* oven for 20-25 minutes.
