Outdoor_cooking - Pork - Garlic Grilled Pork Tenderloin

2 (3/4-pound) pork tenderloins

Marinade:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced


For marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients and stir well. Place tenderloins in a 9- by 13-inch dish and coat thoroughly with marinade. Cover and chill for 3 hours.

Grill tenderloins, covered, over hot coals for 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.

Note: For a smoky flavor, place tenderloins on the side of the grill and smoke over hickory chips for 1 hour.

1 t honey 4 T soy sauce 2 T sesame oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 T brown sugar 1 T dry sherry 3-4 scallions, chopped Whisk all ingredients together. Put in zip-lock bag with the pork tenderloin and marinate 3 hours or overnight. Either grill or bake in a 500* oven for 20-25 minutes.

2 pork tenderloins 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. oyster sauce 2 tbs. brown sugar 1 1/2 tbs. minced fresh ginger 1 tbs. minced fresh garlic 1 tbs. catsup 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. red pepper Combine all ingredients except pork. Mix well. Marinate pork tenderloins for 24 hours, turning occasionally. Grill until desired doneness is reached, basting and turning.
