2-4 lbs. turkey breast tenders
4 oz. soy sauce
8 oz. 7-up
4 oz. vegetable oil
1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder, to taste

In large zip-lock type plastic bag, combine soy sauce, 7-up, oil and garlic powder. Mix well. Add turkey breast tenders (according to how many you are serving) and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Grill on BBQ over medium heat until done.

12 cups water, divided 1 cup salt 2 cups brown sugar 1 tablespoon black peppercorns Combine 4 cups of water with salt, brown sugar and peppercorns and bring to boil. Stir until salt and sugar are dissolved. Remove from heat; cool. Add the remaining 8 cups of water and refrigerate until cold. Submerge turkey (or whatever you are brining) in the brine mixture and allow to soak 12 hours or overnight. Before smoking, remove bird from brine (discard brine solution), rinse well and pat dry. Follow directions for your smoker. It's sweet, slightly salty and absolutely delicious.

1/2 cup vidalia onion salad dressing, or your favorite 5 cloves garlic, sliced thinly 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 4 turkey cutlets, skinned and boned Mix salad dressing with garlic and black pepper in a shallow pan. Put in turkey cutlets and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. When ready to cook, preheat grill. When hot, let marinade drip off turkey cutlets and wipe some off too. Then put them on grill. Let them cook for 2 minutes and flip turkey cutlets and cook until juices run clear.
