Outdoor_cooking - Grilled Steak Southwestern

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 lb. top sirloin, cut 2 inches thick
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper


Combine first 7 ingredients for marinade. Sprinkle both sides of steak with pepper and rub in with palm of hand. Place steak in marinade, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Turn several times.

Place steak on grill 5 inches from hot coals and grill to desired doneness. Baste with marinade when you turn. Top with glaze during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Glaze:
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. green onion
3/4 cup sour cream


Combine all together. Let steak sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly to serve.
