3 portebello mushrooms caps
Italian dressing
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/8-1/4 cup Miracle Whip
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced


Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing for several hours and then cook on the grill.

Mix other ingredients together and fill mushrooms with mix. Broil until cheese is slightly browned. Cut them into 1/8's like a pizza, to serve.
