Outdoor_cooking - Best Bbq Chicken

1 chicken, cut up (or use all breasts)
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup white vinegar


Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill chicken 30-35 minutes, or until almost cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat unil heated through.

Brush 1/2 of sauce over chicken and grill 5 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with rice.

2 (4 pound) chickens, washed and patted dry 2 cans beer and/or soda 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons paprika salt & pepper to taste Season chicken inside and out. Pour out about 1/2 the beer.
