4 portobello mushrooms, stems removed, cleaned
KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
4 Kaiser rolls, split
Leaf lettuce
4 large tomato slices


Place mushrooms on grill over medium-hot coals. Brush with barbecue sauce. Grill 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.

Spread cut sides of rolls with barbecue sauce. Fill with lettuce, mushrooms and tomatoes.

1 beef boullion cube or equivalent of powdered boullion 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or 2 tsp. olive oil Cut cone-shaped piece from top of onion and mince. Place onion and minced top in oven/grill proof single-servingdish. Put boullion in onion cavity and pour vinegar or oil over. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1hour or "bake" on upper shelf of grill for same amount of time.
