Mixes - Seasoning - Homemade Salt Substitute

5 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon each of garlic powder, paprika, dry mustard
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed.


Combine, store in clean, empty spice jar in cool, dry place.

OR


1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon each dried parsley flakes, basil, marjoram and thyme
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mace
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Store in airtight container. Yield: 1/4 cup
