Mixes - Drinks - Hot Chocolate Mix

10 2/3 c instant nonfat dry milk
1 (6oz) jar of non-dairy creamer
2 c. powdered sugar
1(16 oz) can instant chocolate drink mix (cocoa)


Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Store in a cool dry place.

Add 3 T mix to 1 c hot water.

2 whole vanilla beans 1-1/2 cups mild brandy 1/2 cup water 1 cup granulated sugar In a 3-cup glass container with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vanilla beans with the brandy. Cap and allow to sit at room temperature 3 weeks. Remove the beans and strain liquid through a double layer of cheesecloth into a bowl, if necessary. In a medium saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool. Stir into vanilla mixture. Mix the following ingredients in a small bowl and store in tightly covered container (or jar): 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer 1/2 cup dry milk 1/4 cup powdered sugar 2 Tablespoons vanilla powder 1 (1.75 oz.) bottle Betty Crocker Decor soft sprinkles (your choice of colors) Place 2 to 3 Tablespoons mix into a cup and add 1 cup boiling water. Stir until smooth
