12 cup sifted flour6 tb baking powder
6 ts salt
3 cup shortening
Sift dry ingredients together 3 times; cut in the shortening; stir and mix until you have a granular texture, like cornmeal; put mixture in glass jars and cover lightly.
Makes about 4 quarts.
