Mexican And Hispanic - Tacos - Fish Tacos

Marinade Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of one lime
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 oz. of Tequila
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper


In bowl, combine all ingredients. Put the filets and marinade into a 9x13 baking pan and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour. Cook in them a grill basket over medium low heat on grill until the fish was done, checking often so as to not overcook.

Let guests assemble their own tacos into either corn or flour tortillas from a variety of choices:
Shredded green and purple cabbage mixed with cilantro
Sour cream
Salsa
Shredded cheese
Avocado slices
