Mexican And Hispanic - Steak Picado A La Panchito's

1 lb. top sirloin
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno chili (optional)


Cut the top sirloin into cube size pieces. Place meat in a large skillet with oil and spices. Cook 10 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion, tomato, cilantro and chili. Cover and cook until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.

Serve in a casserole dish over or with rice. Or use as a filling for tortillas.

Taco Casserole 1 lb. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 16 oz. tomato sauce 8 oz. sour cream 1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes 1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded 1 bag tortilla chips Cook the ground beef. Stir in taco seasoning. Drain. Put in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Stir in beans and tomato sauce.Spread sour cream on top. Cut up tomatoes and put on top of the sour cream. Top with cheese. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with chips.
