Mexican And Hispanic - Salad - Guacamole By Lollipop

3 medium avocados
juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 medium Roma tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
cayenne pepper


Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out flesh into a medium bowl. Add lime juice and salt; mash avocado flesh until smooth, or to preferred texture. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper if desired. Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavour, or serve immediately.

4 Avocados 1/2 cup Green Chiles, Chopped 1/2 Medium Tomato, Chopped 2 tsp. Onion, Finely Chopped 2 tsp. Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 tbl. Lemon Juice 1 clove fresh garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. White Pepper 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce Peel and seed the avocados. Add all ingredients and mash until smooth. The lemon juice will keep it from turning dark.
