1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans, Chili hot beans
1 pkg. Chili seasoning mix, mild , medium or hot (Your preference) remember the beans are spicy
2-3 cans water

Brown beef, and onion together; add salt and pepper to taste. Add seasoning mix and tomatoes, mix well. Add chili beans, and water. Bring to a boil, turn low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until soup starts to thicken.

Add onion, celery and garlic and cook until tender. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add water, chilies and seasonings. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or longer. If too thin thicken with flour and water

1 pound dry white beans 6 cups (approximately) chicken broth 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 1/2 pounds skinned, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces Place beans in a medium pot and cover with cold water. Heat to boiling; boil 2 minutes. Let stand 1 hour. Drain Combine beans, chicken broth, garlic and 1/2 of the chopped onion in a large heavy pot or Dutch
