Mexican And Hispanic - Chicken Fajita Dip

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup On The Border® gourmet salsa
2 cups colby/jack shredded cheese


Mix all ingredients, stir and place in microwave for 4 minutes. Remove and serve.

4 fresh anaheim chiles 2 Tbl. vegetable oil 1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 lb. grated white cheddar cheese 1 Tbl. sour cream Char the chilies in the broiler of your oven.
