3 avocados (very ripe)
3 tbl. sour cream
1 tbl. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
chopped green onions, to taste
shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, combined half and half
diced tomatoes
diced olives

1st Layer: Combine refried beans and taco seasoning and spread on platter.

2nd Layer: Combine avocados, sour cream and lemon juice, and spread on top of 1st layer.

3rd Layer: chopped green chilies.

4th Layer: chopped green onions - to taste.

5th Layer: cheeses.

6th Layer: Diced tomatoes.

7th Layer: Diced olives.

1 cup sour cream mixed with 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 small package of taco seasoning mix 8 ozs. grated cheddar cheese 2 small cans jalapeno bean dip 1 bunch green onions, chopped 3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup chopped, ripe olives 3 very ripe avocados, mashed with 2 teaspoons lemon juice salt and pepper to taste Layer in a serving bowl in this order: Beans Sour cream mixture Avocado mixture Tomatoes Cheddar cheese Green onions Ripe olives
