Mexican And Hispanic - 7 Layer Dip

3 avocados (very ripe)
3 tbl. sour cream
1 tbl. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
chopped green onions, to taste
shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, combined half and half
diced tomatoes
diced olives


1st Layer: Combine refried beans and taco seasoning and spread on platter.

2nd Layer: Combine avocados, sour cream and lemon juice, and spread on top of 1st layer.

3rd Layer: chopped green chilies.

4th Layer: chopped green onions - to taste.

5th Layer: cheeses.

6th Layer: Diced tomatoes.

7th Layer: Diced olives.
