Marinades - Beef Tenderloin Marinade

2 tsp. Lowery Seasons salt
1 TBSP. pepper
1 TBSP. Accent
1 TBSP. Soy Sauce


Rub meat with mixture and broil for 7 minutes flip and broil other side for approx. 7 minutes. Cover and cook @ 350 for 30-40 minutes depending on the weight. Take meat out at 35 minutes and make a small slice in the center to taste . You may also take it out when it is not quite ready, wrap it tightly in foil and place in a small cooler or microwave. It will continue to cook.

1 London broil (5-6 pounds) 1 can beer McCormicks Montreal steak seasoning minced garlic Place meat in a gallon zipper top bag. Pour in beer and shake on a liberal amount of Montreal and add garlic to taste. Seal bag and place in fridge.
