Low_fat - Yummy Turtle Pie
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O® sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix2/3 cup Carnation® nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup Cool Whip® Lite or Free
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 (6 oz) Keebler® shortbread crust
1 Tbs. mini chocolate chips
1 Tbs. purchased fat free caramel ice cream topping
In large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and water. Mix well using wire whisk. Blend in 1/4 cup Cool Whip. Stir in 2 Tbs. Pecans.
Spread mixture evenly into pie crust. Evenly spread remaining 1/2 cup Cool Whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and remaining pecans. Chill at least 20 minutes before serving.
Just before serving drizzle with caramel topping. Cut into 8 servings.
