Kids - Quick Pizza Snacks

English muffins, split and toasted
pizza sauce
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
green olive slices
Cheddar cheese


For each serving, spread pizza sauce on muffin. Add onion, pepper, olives and top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.

1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/4 cup water 1 cup orange marmalade 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp. vinegar 5 qts' popcorn Combine sugar, water, marmalade, salt, corn syrup and vinegar in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cook to hardball stage or 250 degrees on candy thermometer. Pour over popcorn slowly; mix thoroughly.Shape into 2 1/2 inch balls with buttered hands. Yield 15 balls Note: black popcorn balls can be made by substituting one 6 ounce package of licorice sticks cut in small pieces, for orange marmalade.

1 can refrigerated biscuits 1 c. tomato sauce 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella) 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned and drained 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning You will need a muffin pan. Place a biscuit in each hole and with your fingers press it out until it completely covers bottom and sides. Combine tomato sauce, onion salt and Italian seasoning.
