Kids - I-scream Pizza

1 pkg.(18 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 quart ice cream
2 cups of assorted toppings such as nuts, coconut, crushed cookies, M&M's, malted milk balls, or candy bars


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Press cookie dough over a 12 inch pizza pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Spread ice cream over cookie crust and sprinkle on toppings. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.

1 small box Jello with sugar (any flavor) 7 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup water Mix ingredients together in a saucepan until well combined (mixture will be very thick). Place pan over low heat and stir until melted. Once completely melted, pour into plastic candy molds, and place in freezer for 5 min. When very firm, remove from molds.
