Jams And Jellies - Jewel Jam

1 (#2) can of red cherries (sour pitted)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
3 tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle of Certo
Red food coloring


(Cherries may be put into blender). Mix all ingredients well and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add 1/2 bottle of Certo, 1 teaspoon red food coloring, and continue to cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
