Fruit - Sugar-free Strawberry Freezer Jam

4 c. mashed strawberries
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. water
6 oz. pkg. strawberry, raspberry or cherry sugar-free jello (or two 3 oz. pkg.)


Bring water, lemon juice and strawberries to a boil in large pan. Very slowly add jello, stirring constantly.Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Skim off foam. Cool. Ladle into jam jars and freeze.
