Fruit - Strawberry Sundae Sauce

3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, partially thawed
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Combine 1 package strawberries, sugar and water in medium saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until boiling then cook for 10 minutes, stirring until slightly thickened.

Pour over remaining strawberries in medium sized bowl, stir lightly until strawberries are completely thawed. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Serve over ice cream or cake.

1-1/2 cups flaked coconut 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1 package strawberry gelatin (6-oz.) 2 cups boiling water 1 pint vanilla ice cream 2 packages cream cheese (8-oz. each), softened 1 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1 package frozen sliced strawberries (16-oz.), thawed 2 teaspoons cornstarch Combine the 1-1/2 cups coconut and the melted butter or margarine. Press into bottom of 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in 325° oven for 15 minutes or till coconut is light golden brown. Cool. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream, by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill mixture
