Fruit - Strawberry - Sugar-free Strawberry Jam

1 pkg.(.3oz.) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 cup mashed fresh, or unsweetened frozen strawberries
11/2 tsp. lemon juice


In a saucepan, bring soda to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Stir in strawberries and lemon juice. Pour into jars or plastic container. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 weeks. Do not freeze.
Yield:1 3/4 cup
Exchange 1 Tbs= free food, Calories 4, 1 gm carbohydrate

4 c. mashed strawberries 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. water 6 oz. pkg. strawberry, raspberry or cherry sugar-free jello (or two 3 oz. pkg.) Bring water, lemon juice and strawberries to a boil in large pan. Very slowly add jello, stirring constantly.Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Cool. Ladle into jam jars and freeze.
