Fruit - Strawberry - Strawberry White Chocolate Dream

1C. Vanilla wafer cookie crumbs (about 24)
1/2 C. Toasted almonds, finely chopped
1/4 C. Butter, melted
4 Cups Fresh strawberries
12 oz Good quality white chocolate
4 oz Cream cheese
1/4 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Orange liqueur or frozen orange juice concentrate
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Whipping cream
Cocoa powder

Combine wafer crumbs, almonds and butter. Press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Wash, dry and hull berries. Reserve a couple for garnish. Cut a few berries in half, lengthwise, and press flat sides all around sides of springform pan. Arrange whole berries points up, on crust.

Chop chocolate and melt in double boiler. Cool slightly. Beat cheese until smooth, then beat in sugar. Mix in liquer or juice and vanilla. Slowly beat in chocolate.

Whip cream. Stir about 1/3 C. of cream into chocolate mixture and fold in the rest. Pour over berries.
Refrigerate at least 3 hrs or overnight.

Remove the sides and the bottom. Garnish with cocoa and a whole berries on the top if you like.
