Fruit - Strawberry - Strawberry Pizza

1-1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening
3 Tablespoons Ice Water

Cream Cheese Filling:
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
8 oz cream cheese

Strawberry filling:
1 box stemmed, sliced strawberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2-3 drops red food coloring
3 heaping Tblspoons cornstarch

Mix crust ingredients like regular pie crust. Press into pizza pan, will be twice as thick as reg. pie crust. Bake just to set, just a few minutes

Spread cream cheese filling ingredients over crust and and bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes to set. Cool.

Cook water, sugar, food coloring and cornstarch to thicken then add sliced strawberries and spread over cream cheese filling. Cool completely and top with Cool Whip.

1 (4 serving size) Box Sugar Free Cook-n-Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix 1 (4 serving size) Box Sugar Free Strawberry Jello Mix 2 Cups Water 4 Cups Sliced Strawberries Cool Whip Topping Add Pudding mix to 2 cups water and microwave for six minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and add Jello mix, whisking until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Slice strawberries into empty pie plate. Cover with cooled glaze. Refrigerate at least two hours prior to serving. Top with Cool Whip. This is a crisp & flavorful dessert.
