Fruit - Pineapple - Pineapple Pie

20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (4-serving-size) package instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cool whip
1 graham cracker crust


Mix together undrained pineapple and pudding for 2 minutes by hand. Stir in sour cream and cool whip. Spoon into graham cracker crust.

1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup Crisco 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups flour pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, do not drain Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco until fluffy. Add eggs one at a a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, salt and vanilla; fold in pineapple. Bake in a well greased Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tested done.

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened 1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks drained 1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped dessert topping - thawed In large bowl, gradually stir the un-drained pineapple into the cream cheese. Stir in the pudding mix. Fold in the pineapple chunks and whipped topping. Cover and chill til serving time. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
