Fruit - Pineapple - Kentucky Salad

1/2 cup hot water
1 sm. pkg. Lemon-lime Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. Mini-marshmallows
1/2 cup miracle whip
1 sm. Pkg. Strawberry Jello
1/2 pint whipping cream


Mix hot water with lime Jello. Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Add marshmallows, pineapple, whipping cream, and miracle whip. Add chopped pecans. Pour into dish and let set up in refrigerator over night.

Mix the strawberry Jello according to package and pour over top of green Jello. Save some mini-marshmallows to put in the red Jello. Refrigerate.

1 package lime gelatin 1 package lemon gelatin 2 cups boiling water 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 carton cottage cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 can condensed milk 1 cup finely chopped nuts 2 heaping tablespoons horseradish 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and let stand until cool; add pineapple. Blend cheese with mayonnaise until smooth and add to gelatin mixture. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixture begins to congeal. Pour into molds and place in refrigerator overnight.
