Fruit - Pineapple Bake
2 cans (Large) chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)1 1/2 cups sugar
8 Tbls.flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350.
Drain pineapple and reserve 6 to 8 tablespoons juice. Place pineapple in ungreased casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple. Sprinkle with reserved pineapple juice. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole.Bake until hot and bubbly. 20-30 minutes.
