Fruit - Mom's Ambrosia

1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 (5 oz. ea) cans mandarin oranges, drained
about 1 cup chopped nuts
about 3 cups mini marshmallows
about 1 cup coconut (toasted, if desired)


Whip cream until soft peaks. Add cream cheese and whip until stiff peaks. Fold in fruit cocktail, oranges, coconut, and walnuts. Finally, fold in marshmallows.

10 packages(6 oz each) strawberry gelatin 5 quarts boiling water 10 cans(16 oz each) whole-berry cranberry sauce 5 cups cold water 5 cans(20 oz each) crushed pinapple, undrained 5 cans (15 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.Break up and stir in cranberry sauce; mix well.
