Fruit - Mixed Fruit - Ambrosia Salad Recipes By Becky

2 oranges, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick (or sectioned)
1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
1 c seedless grapes
1 banana, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c coconut
2 tsp sugar


Combine, toss lightly. Refrigerate.



Ambrosia Salad

1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c powdered sugar


Mix and chill

Combine all ingredients except lettuce, mixing lightly but throughly. Chill well. Serve in lettuce cups with salad dressing, if desired.
