Fruit - Mandarian Orange Fruit Salad

1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin (or orange)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges (with juice)
1 can (22 oz.) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 bag (19 oz.) minature marshmallows
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheddar
1 med. carton Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add oranges and pineapple (including juices).Pour in a 2 qt. dish. Spread marshmallows over top of warm mixture. Cool and chill until firm.

Mix topping and mayonnaise. Spread over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and chill 2 hours or longer.

Mandarian Orange Salad 2 boxes lemon Jell-O (3 oz.) 3 1/2 cup hot water 3 bananas, sliced 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 cup nuts Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Chill until slightly set. Fold in goodies. Pour in oblong dish and let set. Topping: 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 cup pineapple juice 2 T. flour 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar

3 bunches seedless grapes (red, black and green)20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained well, reserving juice3 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice2 tablespoons Hellman’s mauonnaise8 oz cream cheese (light ok)1 package dry Dream WhipwalnutsWash grapes, take off stems and dry on paper towels. Add them the pineapple tidbits. For the dressing beat together reserved pineapple juice, mayo, cream cheese and Dream Whip. Then gently stir dressing into the fruit. The dressing will seem stiff, but the moisture from the pineapple will thin it out. Add a handful of broken walnut pieces as you mix it up. Spread in a 9x12 pan and cover
