Fruit - Fruit Mauna Loa

4 navel oranges -- peeled and sliced
2 red apples -- cored and diced
3 cups canned pineapple chunks -- drained
2 cups seedless green grapes
1/3 cup crystalized ginger -- chopped
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar


Several hours before serving, combine fruit in a large bowl. Stir in orange juice, sugar and ginger. Cover and chill, stirring frequently.

Spoon into dessert dishes. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
