Fruit - Fruit Bow-tie Pasta Salad

1 1/2 cups bow-tie pasta
1 large Granny-Smith apple, cut into chunks
1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
1 cup celery, sliced on diagonal
1/2 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Cook pasta in a quart of water until al dente; drain; rinse under cold water; drain again.

Combine pasta, apples, grapes and celery in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add to pasta mixture, stir gently. Cover and chill before serving.

2 Tsp. cinnamon1 peach, peeled and diced1/2 banana, diced8 large strawberries, diced3 to 4 Tbsp. plain yogurt honey or maple syrup for drizzling Cut bread into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick slices. Toast slices or grill in hot oven for 5 minutes.Brush one side of each slice with hot butter. Combine 1 Tbsp. of the sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over buttered side of each toast. Broil toasts until tops are bubbling. Allow to cool.Mix fruit and remaining 1 Tbsp. sugar. Mound onto toasts and Top with 1 tsp. yogurt Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.

3 (8oz.) packages cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup raisins 1 cup chopped dates 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (very well drained) 1 cup flaked coconut 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla Chopped nuts Mix all ingredients except nuts in a bowl, mixing well. Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Serve with Teddy Grahams or ginger snaps.
