Fruit - Fresh Cantaloupe In Lime Yogurt Cardamon Dressing

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon Fresh squeezed lime juice or to taste
Pinch of ground cardamom seeds
Honey to taste
1 Cantaloupe, diced into 1/2" pieces


Completely mix yogurt, lime juice, cardamom and honey, fold into diced cantaloupe keep refrigerated and serve cool.

Add pureed canteloupe to mixture. Sift dry ingredients. Add to liquid. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans (or spray them with Baker's Joy). Bake

Sprinkle steak with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place steak in a plastic bag set in a glass dish; pour 3/4 cup of the dressing mixture over meat. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours,
