Fruit - Florida Orange Balls

1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
1/2 cup frozen orange juice thawed but undiluted
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup coconut shredded
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Dash of rum - optional


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use hands to make a smooth mixture and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in refrigerator.
