Fruit - Cranberry Orange Relish

4 cups whole cranberries (Can be frozen ones)
2 cups white sugar
2 oranges with rind (quartered for easy grinding)


Mince cranberries and oranges through a meat grinder, stir in sugar. Place in bottles and refrigerate for several hours before serving.

1 pound cranberries, fresh or frozen 4 red apples 2 oranges, peeled 1/4 lemon, unpeeled, but seeded 6 ounce package lemon Jello 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup sugar Grind cranberries, apples, oranges and lemon together or chop in food processor. Add sugar and let set. Meantime, dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Mix fruit mixture, nuts and Jello together and let set in mold.
