Fruit - Cranberry-grape Salad

2 cups fresh cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup seeded halved red grapes
1/4 cup broken walnuts or pecans
2 cups miniature marshamllows
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped


Grind cramberries through food chopper, using coarse blade. Stir in sugar. Cover and chill overnight.

Drain, pressing lightly to remove excess juice. Add grapes, nuts, and marshmallows to well-drained cranberry mixture. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream. Garnish with grape clusters, if desired, Serves 6 to 8
